By submitting documents to The Executive Producers Club Pty Ltd (EPC) you acknowledge that EPC will enter into the chain of title should EPC decide to promote the project on its platform. This chain of title will be subject to a mutual agreement being put in place prior to the title being displayed.

EPC agrees to maintain confidentiality on all aspects of script, plot lines budget breakdowns and pitch decks. Additional attachés to the project such as LOI’s are also protected under this confidentiality. The project will not be discussed, nor details disclosed to alternative projects, Directors, Producers, Cast, extended affiliates unless it is agreed hereafter that EPC may do so with further agreement.

Similarly you agree to keep confidential any terms, conditions, contracts entered into via EPC.

In the result that two competing projects are under review simultaneously EPC will identify a conflict on the 2nd submission and it shall be at the EPC’s discretion as to suggest both projects, one or neither to enter onto its platform. Both conflicting projects will be notified. The conflict will be identified solely by EPC and its evaluation and judgement on the issue will be considered final on the matter.

It is understood that this submission process does not constitute a formal agreement between EPC and your entity. This will be drawn up at a later date upon approval of EPC to progress to the next stage of funding and project development as required.
